• I enjoyed each day hiking, snorkeling, fishing, wind surfing, parasailing, kayaking and meeting fellow tourist from all over the world. However, when it rains it doesn't just trickle down, no it comes down in buckets! It was during these times... while listening to the rain beat down on my rustic tin roof cottage, I wrote about my Belizean experiences.
